Cancellation policy

Conference registrations only

For conference registrations, A fee of AUD 75 will apply to all cancellations. If cancellation occurs before 28th February 2009 the total amount will be refunded (less the cancellation fee). For cancellations made after 28th February 2009, 50% will be refunded (less the cancellation fee). Refunds pertaining to cancellations during April will be subject to the organising committee’s approval.

Tours only

For tours, a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled before 45 days prior to the departure date and a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 45 days prior to departure date.
